Classes

We offer a range of classes with an experienced fitness instructor. Classes are flexible to meet the fitness levels and ability of all participants, so whether you are just starting out on your healthy lifestyle or a fitness fanatic then get yourself to the Acorn Centre and get stuck in.

Toning

This class has the goal of changing muscle definition and shape, but not significant muscle size. Tone up your stomach, legs, arms and most importantly your core.

The class is led by Louise, who has been a part of the Acorn Centre team since our opening in January 2005.
